Q6: How long does it usually take to ship the package to my house?
A6: We usually arrange packages and ship them within 12 hours. Your order will be processed with our warehouse or suppliers and you can expect your package to be delivered within 4-7 working days. Sometimes there can be slight delay due to the delivering company or the weather, but your order will always be delivered and arrive within half a month.

A7: Well, there are 4 status-levels in producing the order. And here we define them as below:
Pending: Only shown when payment of order still haven't yet arrived our company's account;
Processing: Shown when order just get/order being arranged here /order being checking in quality/ packing to be shipped (you will get an tracking number after that);
Delivered: Only shown when package has been shipped out;
Update: shown when order information like the tracking number and so on has changed or you get your items successfully, and we will inform you the update;
Q8: We’ve been charged through our credit card but status shows the package hasn't been shipped yet?
A8: Sometimes it will take some time to update tracking number information due to the system maintenance, especially during the holidays. In fact we did ship the order to you. During these times you may get your goods before the update the information and we will track your order till you get them successfully.
Q9: How to do if i want to cancel the order?
A6: To cancel an order, please contact our customer support service within 12 hours after you've placed the order. You may be asked to provide the order's information together with the reason of cancellation. Please be aware you must do it within 12 hours or else your order will be shipped out.
